MatriMetrics — Declaration of Honesty

Before you submit — a moment of honesty.
This report is only as truthful as the answers behind it. Marriage is too important for half-truths. Please read each statement and confirm it.
☐ 1. Truthfulness. Every detail I have provided is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I have not given any deliberately false answer.
☐ 2. Nothing essential withheld. I have not knowingly hidden any important or essential information that a person considering marrying me would reasonably want to know — including matters of health, previous marriages or engagements, children, debts or financial commitments, legal matters, and people who depend on me.
☐ 3. Respect. I will be respectful towards every person and profile I interact with through MatriMetrics.
☐ 4. Confidentiality. I will keep all information I receive about another person secure and confidential. I will not copy, share, publish, or use it in any wrong, unethical, immoral, or unlawful way, and I will not share it beyond what MatriMetrics allows (for example, the parent-share feature).
☐ 5. Eligibility and intent. I am at least 18 years old, I am legally free to marry, and I am using MatriMetrics with a genuine intention to consider marriage with the person I invite or who invited me.
☐ 6. Understanding of the tool. I understand that MatriMetrics is a decision-support tool built from my own and my partner's answers. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or religious advice, does not diagnose, and does not predict whether a marriage will succeed. Any decision about marriage is mine alone.
☐ 7. Consent to comparison. I consent to my answers being compared with my invited partner's answers to create a Couple Report. I understand that my partner will see my positions in general terms and the scores, and will never see my individual answers or my private cautions.
☐ 8. Consequences. I understand that false or withheld information may make the report unreliable, may breach the Terms and Conditions, and that MatriMetrics and its operator are not responsible for decisions made on the basis of information provided by any user.
☐ 9. Terms and Privacy. I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (version shown).
Optional: ☐ If my private report shows a serious area of concern, I allow the Couple Report to include one neutral line recommending a professional conversation, without stating the reason. *(Recommended — it protects both of you.)*
